The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a good option if you are on a budget and don't require an extra stroller that can be used as car seat carriers. It has a simple, one-step foot brake that's flip flop comfortable.
It's also easy to push and feels sturdy when you're navigating kerbs and woodland pathways. It's also easy to fold.
1. Babyzen YOYO2
The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned a name as the most lightweight buggy for city dwellers and jet-setters alike, due to its super nimble manoeuvrability and foldable design that can be tucked away in the overhead luggage of aeroplanes. The latest version has independent suspension on all four wheels comprised of Hytrel elastomer, which allows it to 'perfectly navigate all terrains and types'.
The base YOYO2 frame with a curved fabric bassinet as well as a the 6+ month color pack create a stylish pushchair that is easy on the eyes, with a subtle but elegant aesthetic and tasteful branding. The base frame weighs less than a kilo, and is so lightweight that you can lift it out of the box using just one hand.
It's also easy to attach or remove attachments or adaptors such as the hood, for instance, snaps onto the YOYO2 by clicking - as well as being machine washable at 30 degrees to remove stains from smushed rice cakes and half-dissolved carrot puffs. It can be used as a pram from birth using the Newborn Pack or bassinet, or converted to stroller at 6 months old by clicking on the YOYO Connect additional chassis.
2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore
The Evenflo Pivot Xplore is a great option for parents who want a stroller that can be used in a variety of ways. The Evenflo Pivot Xplore can be converted from a stroller into an actual wagon by flipping the handle. Parents can then decide which mode is best for their needs. The wagon can accommodate one or two children from 6 months up to 5 years old, and it comes with a large storage basket that can accommodate everything you require on the go.
The Xplore comes with two canopy options that rotate from front-to-back, providing adequate sun protection for the entire family. It has a smaller footprint than some wagons. This may not be ideal for long drives or napping.
The frame of the Xplore feels solid and sturdy but it doesn't have the same flex as some of the other wagons we tested. It is also more difficult to fold than some of the competition, and it does not lock tightly when folded. It is easy to move, though, and it can fit through narrow 28-inch doors.
3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
This Delta Children bare-bones travel stroller is a great choice for parents looking for a second stroller that's affordable. single stroller pushchair Pushchairs And Prams scored highly in our Strollers & Multiples Test for its weight and folded dimensions, meaning it is lightweight, compact when folded, and easy to lift and store in a trunk of a car. It also has a multi-position reclining seat and an adult cup holder. Other important features include two large storage bags that hang from the ceiling and 360-degree front wheels that absorb shock.
In our test of the push and turn it performed better than most of the other cheap strollers we tried, but it's not the most comfortable to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doorways. The sunshades on it were among the smallest of all strollers we test. They only cover the top, and don't have windows that peek out. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have larger canopy sizes.

The Delta took us just over 3 minutes to put together with an average manual and all of the components required tools. It's missing certain features we consider essential for a double stroller. They include a large basket, reclining seats, and leg rests that can be adjusted.
4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1
The Zelia is Maxi-Cosi’s newest pushchair and is marketed as a travel system for urban use. It is suitable from birth until around 3.5-years-old. The carrycot and seat can be easily converted with a few clicks. It can be used with Maxi-Cosi capsule car seats and comes with the light Mico 30 infant car seat, a stay-incar base and a reversible baby carriage.
It is really easy to maneuver, and the one-hand reclining of the seat as well as the massive shopping basket make it simple for parents to get their child in and out quickly. Despite this being quite a small pushchair, it was able to handle the everyday bumps with ease and slid through doors without fuss.
The front wheels can to be locked in a forward direction and can also swivel. This is useful in rough terrain. When we walked along the stony path we allowed them to swivel and it did this quite well, although it seemed slightly bumpier than other models on test.
5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2,
Baby Jogger is best known for its 3-wheeled, all-terrain, jogging strollers. But they also manufacture a vast variety of pushchairs that have four wheels. The City Tour 2 is one of their most popular models. It is simple to fold and can fit into the trunk of a car even with an attached carrycot.
It is a bit heavier than other strollers we tested but the wheels are a rubber composite, which makes it feel well-built and durable. It maneuvers expertly across different types of terrain. It's easy to carry, even when loaded with two children and shopping bags.
Both the seat and carrycot have hoods that are able to be lower to reveal a UV50+ sun canopy extensions. They are water-resistant and durable, unlike some other prams' hoods that get bounced back into toddlers' faces.
It's not a lot of storage space but it has an ample basket that is deep enough to hold a change bag or a large amount of groceries. It can also be connected with a Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a traveling system for babies as big as 20 lb (car seat and adapters sold separately). If you require a stroller that can be used on the road, the City Tour 2 is an ideal choice.
6. Nuna Mixx Next
When the Nuna Mixx first rolled onto the scene, it stole the hearts of parents across the world. It is an aluminium-framed stroller that can be used from baby's first days to beyond. It is a standout model with many unique features, such as the ability of the seat to flip between the parent and the world as well as a large UPF50+ canopy that has a flip-out eyeshade, and an adjustable handlebar.
The chassis has a built-in suspension system that helps reduce the impact of bumpy terrain. The wheels are made from tough foam and minimise punctures. It was simple to push, and our tester was able to maneuver the vehicle through narrow streets.
It locks automatically and folds in just four steps. It can also be rolled and stood up for easier transport down the stairs, or in the car's boot. The travel system is available with the option to add an additional car seat or carrycot by using the adaptors included. The brakes have one action and are colour coded. They also are compatible with flip-flops.
7. Babyzen Duet
This budget pushchair is simple to operate and features an excellent dual suspension. It folds with one hand and comes with a convenient carrying strap. It is also lightweight and sturdy. The seat is reclined in various positions. It also has a built-in double-breathable mattress that can be used for babies from birth.
The canopy/seat features two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors. Both are UPF50+. The toggle closure isn't the best as it’s not as quiet as Velcro, and can awaken napping babies.
The Duet is a stroller that can be used side-by-side and can be set up to accommodate twins or siblings (up to 22kg maximum per seat). It is compatible with two infant car seats and works with some carrycots. In twin-mode, the seats can be positioned to face each other or can turn around and face parents, theoretically reducing sibling rivalries over who should sit with dad and mom. It comes with a big tray for gears, a bottle holder and snack trays. It also comes with an automatic frame lock as well as a compact fold.
8. Baby Jogger Urban Glide 2.
The Thule Urban Glide 2 is a jogger that's ideal for parents who like to stay active. It's one of the lightest strollers for running that you can buy for your child.
